Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of RankLoop, the rank tracking service available at getrankloop.com (the "Service"), provided by RankLoop ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, you may not use the Service.
1. The Service
1.1. The Service monitors the position of the websites you specify in Google search results for the keywords you select, and, if you enable alerts, notifies you when those positions change.
1.2. The number of domains and keywords included in each plan, and how often they are checked, are those shown on our website when you create your account or subscribe to a plan. Changes to the limits of paid plans are subject to section 3.4.
2. Accounts
2.1. An account is required to use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create one.
2.2. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
2.3. Each person may hold only one free account.
3. Paid plans and billing
3.1. Paid plans are sold and billed monthly by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record and is responsible for payment processing, invoicing and taxes. Lemon Squeezy's own terms apply to each purchase.
3.2. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
3.3. If a renewal payment fails, your account is moved to the free plan until the payment is collected. Keywords above the free plan's limit are paused and are not deleted. Lemon Squeezy may attempt to collect the payment again, and you may update your payment method through the billing portal linked from your account settings. If the payment is collected, your plan is restored and your paused keywords resume. If the subscription ends without payment, your account remains on the free plan and you may subscribe again.
3.4. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any change to the price or limits of your paid plan takes effect, so that you can cancel beforehand if you wish.
4. Cancellation and refunds
4.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the billing period already paid for, and no further charges are made.
4.2. You are entitled to a full refund of your first payment if you request it by writing to support@getrankloop.com within 14 days of that payment. A full refund ends the paid plan immediately and moves your account to the free plan.
4.3. Except as provided in sections 4.2, 8.3 and 10.2, partial billing periods are not refunded.
4.4. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
5. Acceptable use
5.1. You must not use the Service to resell ranking data in bulk, to overload or attack the Service, to circumvent plan limits (for example by operating several free accounts) or for any unlawful purpose.
5.2. Breaches of this section are dealt with under section 10.2.
6. Ranking data
6.1. Ranking positions are obtained from Google search results through a third-party provider, for the country and device you select. They may differ from the results shown in your own browser, as Google adapts its results to each user's location, device and search history and may change them at any time.
6.2. We make reasonable efforts to keep ranking data accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, nor any improvement in your rankings.
6.3. RankLoop is not affiliated with Google.
7. Your data
7.1. You retain ownership of your tracking data. You authorise us to store and process it solely to provide the Service to you.
7.2. If you enable a domain's report link, anyone with that link can view the report until you disable it.
7.3. You may export your ranking data, or delete domains, keywords or your entire account, at any time. Deletion is permanent.
7.4. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
8. Availability and changes to the Service
8.1. We aim to provide the Service without interruption, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of problems with our providers.
8.2. Subject to section 3.4, we may modify or withdraw features of the Service.
8.3. If we discontinue the Service, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and refund any period you have paid for but cannot use.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profits, revenue, traffic or rankings.
9.2. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability and (b) 50 US dollars.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or affects your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. Closure of accounts
10.1. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and ends your access immediately; any refund is governed by section 4.
10.2. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, giving prior warning where it is reasonable to do so. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund any period you have paid for but cannot use.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
11.1. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also retain the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts.
12. Changes to these Terms
12.1. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change to these Terms takes effect.
12.2. If you do not agree with the change, you may stop using the Service and, if you have a paid plan, cancel it under section 4.1 before the change takes effect. Your plan then remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
12.3. Continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
